Madre's favourite dish

LALA KAM HEONG

shallots
garlic
curry powder
ginger
curry leaves

dried prawn (fried and coarsely chopped)
a bit tauchu
dark soya sauce
light soya sauce
oyster sauce
lea and perrins
dried chillies (cut to inches and fried separately)
lala
prawns/mantis prawns
any crustaceans

to be consumed immediately
goes well with plain white rice
